Our Snow Day

A couple of Fridays ago we got a little bit of snow and didn't have to go to school. Here are some pictures from that day.

Will throwing snowballs.

These two pictures got in the wrong order. In the picture below Faith is holding the sled while Will cleaned all the snow off the truck and onto the sled. Well Faith stood there for a while for him to do this and let it get full and then threw it all back up on him. I wish I would have gotten a picture of that. The picture above is after she threw it on him. She ran as soon as she threw it on him. It was very funny!

Will's Long Hair

Here is a picture of Will's long hair. He is going to go and get a hair cut on Sunday. On Saturday he is going to his teachers wedding. She wants to take a picture with all the students after the wedding. Don't want him in a picture with his shaggy hair.

More Baby Gifts..

Here are some more gifts that I made for a friend that is having a boy. Another wipes case, and 2 burp cloths. I also made a card with the same colors as the fabric.

Gifts for my Niece

Here are a couple of gifts that I made for my soon to be niece Gracie. She is going to be my first niece. I have enjoyed making her some things. I have made her 4 burp cloths and then a travel baby wipe case which you can see in the first picture. I have a few more things on my mind that I want to make for her. This was the first wipes case that I did. It did take a little longer than I had thought but I had fun making it. Then there is 2 burp cloths that match the same fabric as the case. I gave these at a shower on Sunday. I have another shower to go to in April.

Got some cleaning done!!!!!

The weather has been so nice and it made me feel like doing some spring cleaning. So I decided that I would clean out my closet. It took about 5 hours. Here is a picture of the clothes that I am getting rid of. I could not believe this huge pile of clothes that I do not ware. About half are clothes that are too big and the rest I just don't like how they fit or the style. I think that when I purchase more clothes I will be thinking a little more before putting the money on the counter. I'm almost embarrassed at the the extra clothes that I have. But it does feel good to get rid of them. A couple of items still have tags. I wonder are you needing to clean out your closet? Will you be surprised by what you find? I can't even tell you how I had it all stored. Because in the end I didn't have much storage space that was emptied.
